Très pro !!! Tout était parfait, intervention propre, efficace et ponctuel. Rendez-vous rapide et bien qu'il se soit blessé et ne puisse plus réaliser l'intervention dans le délai annoncé pour changer un WC, il a trouvé une alternative qui a permis d'intervenir dans les temps. Que dire d'autre ? Je vous conseille de l'appeler en cas de besoin ;)
